Black Bunny Dubai, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, provided such injury or loss is not a direct result of our proven negligence.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising from your use of our services or visit to our venue shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
