General Facility Safety:

• The premises are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for security monitoring and incident prevention.

• Clear and visible signage is placed throughout the venue to guide guests on safe conduct and emergency procedures.

• All walkways, exits, and play areas are kept clear of obstructions at all times.

• Regular safety audits and risk assessments are conducted by a dedicated team.

Game & Equipment Safety:

• All gaming consoles, VR equipment, and physical play structures undergo daily inspection and scheduled maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines and Dubai safety standards.

• Age, height, and health restrictions are clearly posted for each activity and must be strictly adhered to.

• Guests must use all provided safety equipment, including VR headset covers, harnesses, and straps, as instructed.

Health & Hygiene:

• All high-touch surfaces, VR headsets, and gaming controllers are cleaned after every use with approved disinfectants.

• We maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all our F&B operations, in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Child Safety & Supervision:

• Children under the age of 12 must be actively supervised by a responsible parent or guardian (aged 18+) at all times.

• The guardian is responsible for ensuring the child follows all safety rules and uses age-appropriate equipment.

• We operate a strict lost child policy. Please approach any staff member immediately for assistance.

Emergency Procedures:

• Our staff is trained in basic first aid and emergency response.

• In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of Black Bunny staff or Dubai Civil Defence personnel.

• All emergency exits are clearly marked and must be kept accessible.

Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. Rough play, running in non-designated areas, and misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.

• Guests with pre-existing health conditions (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy, neck or back problems) are advised to refrain from intense physical or VR experiences.

• Black Bunny Dubai reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
